Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
• Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number or receipt).
Non-returnable items:
• Used candles
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items (marked “final sale”)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive damaged or defective. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at Sales@usa-cadeau.com.
